  • "Only for activites that dont require extensive-quick paced movement."

Pros: Cost effective. Sony reliability, slightly above average sound quality.

Cons: Prone to easily falling out of ear when moving rapidly.

Summary: I found these headphones to be well suited for sports activites that dont require much movement, i.e. walking, weight lifting. Yet, if you are planning to run or perform other quick paced actions, I would reccomend looking eleswhere. When moving quickly the plastic earpieces tend to move out from your ears, the earpieces offer no grip. The clips attempt to keep the pieces to your ear, but because of the plastic surface and the shock your body is receiving from the rugged movement, they fall out of your ear quite easily. If the headphones were a combination of clip and earbud design I believe that the grip issue could be solved. Strange that they are marketed on Sony's sports line.
