"Good value, but cheap"
Pros: Good sound quality and volume micromanaging. Cool winding case.
Cons: Cheaply made, they broke on me after a year.
Summary: These earbuds worked great for the time that they actually worked. I bought them for $15 and the worked fine with my CD player. However, they started having a bit of a connecting problem after half a year, so that it was nessicary to jostle the connector around in the jack to make the sound come out right. After a year, the connector got so that I had to constantly apply pressure to the wires at its base in order for the sound to come out both earbuds. After a couple days of that, I had to apply the pressure to get even one earbud to produce sound. Sony's 90 day limited warranty had expired, so repair wasn't really an option. If you need some good, inexpensive, but cheaply made earbuds, these are the ones. However they won't last you too long.
