"Second pair of Sony Earbuds goes kaput. Thanks, Sony!"
Pros: Decent sound quality is offset by poor durability and chronic failure (from my experience).
Cons: Poor durability and SONY does not stand by their product. SONY is so contemptuous of their customers that they offer to replace your defective $30 headphones with a ?reconditioned,? used pair for $25. What a deal!
Summary: Do yourself a favor before buying: consider my experience with SONY: My second failed pair was shipped to Sony for service but was returned with a note saying, ?It would be our pleasure to accept a major credit card.? I bet they would. I'm trying Sennheiser.
