"You get what you pay for."
Pros: The only pro is that they are comfortable.
Cons: Sound quality is far less than adequate without equalizer adjustment.
Summary: I am not as impressed with these as the other users. To my ear the sound is all treble and feels very "electronic" or "metallic", like it's playing inside a tin can. I am not a bass fanatic, but even I need more bass than these phones give. Of course, if you have an equalizer and know how to use it, you can balance the sound to get some bass and reduce the treble, but even then the sound retains its "electronic" character to my ear. And besides, most portable players don't have an equalizer, anyway.
The fit is comfortable, and I could probably wear them for long periods with no discomfort. I only use headphones with my computer, however, so I do not know how they would perform if you exercised with them.
The design of these is such that the speakers do not go down inside your ear very much. Actually, if you press them down into your ear the bass presence improves...but who is going to want to hold these things inside their ears for hours at a time?
I cannot recommend these. They are cheap, yes, but always remember that you get what you pay for.
