Sony Noise Canceling Headphones

Pros: Comfortable. Sounds great. Blocks almost all incoming noise.

Cons: Mono noise canceling.

Summary: I bought these for to block out the noise from an airplane. And they do the trick. But if you notice, there are microphones on each earpiece. However the inverted noise that comes back to the speakers is mono. Meaning if you have someone shouting in one of your ears, you can hear it on the opposite side. The benefit to the is if one of the microphones breaks (or a dog chews it off in my case), the amp still sends back a signal to both earpieces. sly sony. But i still highly recommend these for thier comfort and sound quality. and... for thier excelent noise canceling ability. just watch your dog.
