"Great product, but not that durable" on by meemily

Pros: Great sound; eco-frienly; decent noise cancellation capabilities

Cons: Tangles easily; twists easily; chord catches on everything b/c of the softer material; durability questionable

Summary: was a loyal sony customer (fantopia) for three or so years. i loved their behind the head feature. however after 2 failed on me within a year, i decided to shop around. the eco-friendly but still great sound sold me on this ear bud. i liked the wood accent feature as well. however, i bought these in may and about three months later, one of the little metal screen thingies fell out. didn't affect sound, just made it possible to get dirt & grime in there. and a few days ago the other ear, without the missing piece, started sputtering in and out w/ sound. it's a wiring problem because when i play with the chord it will sometimes come back on and then cut out. but there is no visible issue with the wires. i use them 2x a day, 7 days a week, i'm not as careful as i should be with the chord but i definitely don't abuse it. it even has a special pocket to prevent tangling. i make sure the part that plugs into th ipod is not bent. i'm going to send it back b/c of the warranty but meanwhile i'm out headphones so i gotta buy another set. disappointed at the quality. really wanted to love these.

"Great all around headphones" on by Sir_Moses_Wellington

Pros: Very attractive in feel, appearance and in build quality. The sound out of these is very good; there balanced, but very clear and the sound is very natural, and the only thing that sounds better than these is my 600 watt Yamaha stereo. Very portable.

Cons: The "Enhanced Bass" is not too my liking too much, on some music its a bit overbearing on the subtle mids or lighter sounding mids. Still balanced, but its just a bit too much. Very large tubes on the buds, and can be uncomfortable to smaller ears.

Summary: Great overall headphones, there good enough that I'd say there budget audiophile in sound quality. These are supposedly made from renewable resources, so there actually kinda green which I always prefer in anything I buy. The sound is great, there very portable and pretty comfortable. The build quality is very good, I'd guess they would last a number of years as long as your kind and caring to them. Highly recommended for someone on a tighter budget.

"Great IEM, Great Sound." on by b21note

Pros: I chose the TS01 mainly because i like punchy bass. The TS01 really lives up to expectations, has awesome acoustics & a nice punchy low end but yet not overwhelming. Does well in most genres but Pop, Hip Hop/Rap really stand out. Beautifully designed.

Cons: Microphonics, but easily remedied by the provided clip.

Summary: Overall, the TS01 manages to sound as beautiful as it looks. Definitely recommend!

"Great sound at a reasonable price." on by woosamaquin

Pros: Lightweight; Comfortable; Sturdy design of both buds and cord

    Cons: None as of yet.

Summary: I was a bit wary purchasing the TS01's due to their "Enhanced Bass" claim, as I like a more balanced sound from my audio equipment. When I took my first listen to a track I produced myself (being familiar with its qualities), I was very pleased. The low end, while somewhat enhanced, is very clean and lacked the distortion that other ear buds tend to offer. Their sound is reminiscent of my old over-the-ear Grado SR80's, which I love - very clean and very true to what I imagine the artists' intentions were in production.

"Good, but not perfect" on by d_adams

Pros: Great bass. Perfect for watching movies like Transformers, Star Trek, etc; sounds like the movie theatre! Good with -most- music. Sounds great with electronic (owl city). Nice design; like the silver cherry.

Cons: Bass is a little too strong for some music (folk, symphonic, and certain indie tracks). It tends to wash out mids, highs, and low volume vocals. Mids and highs are never 'perfect' it seems. They're sometimes a little below the quality I'd like.

Summary: I bought these to replace my Apple In-Ear headset, which I loved...until it broke after 5 months of use. These phones are an adequate replacement. They are not quite as balanced as the Apple phones, but they beat them in the bass department by a long shot. They also look a little tougher, but we'll see about that in the next year or so. The bottom line is, they sound great for the price.
