  • "Better than expected"
    on by thequadsqueen

Pros I agree with ThePushMan. This product was more than I expected. Have always been a faithful Sennheiser user, until now. But turns out there is great bass (a hair more than ideal for my kind of music), great impedance, and isolation is well-balanced

Cons The medium sized buds are a touch smaller than I'd have wanted, so they fall out rather often. And the large ones are too large for me.

Summary Great product for the price (got it for $25). I will go back to the Sennheisers for full cans, but for buds, these are the best I've had for this price range. I stress the price range b/c one's expectations have to be reasonable.

i forgot to mention how sturdy and well-made the cords are. Somehow, they do not tangle nearly as much as those on other earbuds I've had. Saves plenty of frustrations and time when on the go (constantly putting in and taking out of pockets, etc)

  • "Not Worth the Money, a big step down for UE"
    on by Incapax

    Pros Blood Red Enclosures
    Good sound isolation

Cons Sounds are thin without any texture, hardly any richness, doing well in neither bass nor treble.

Uncomfortable fit (better if switching to foam)

Summary this pair of earphones were a big disappointment - it was my first foray into UE and so I initially thought it was my unseasoned ears that were very unhappy - but I let my friend who has been a loyal UE friend listen and he couldn't even get through one song without a sour look on his face!

The CNET Editors comments about thin wires and durability are very true! - mine stopped working withing a year

  • "Decent, but Not Durable"
    on by gChinkin

Pros Good sound, including bass, and good sound isolation.

Cons Not very comfortable but you get used to it. My TRS (3.5mm) jack broke after about 8 months, simply because it couldn't handle getting pulled out of my iPod.

Summary I wanted to like this product, especially since I got it on sale for $20. However, even at this price, it's low reliability makes me not want to buy another pair.

  • "More then I expected"
    on by ThePushMan

Pros Great sound, good isolation, comfortable, very durable.

Cons Can't be abused like other in ear headphones I've owned.

Summary I'd say if you can pick up a pair for say $20-$30 get them, they have great sound and good isolation. I myself prefer over-the-ear headphones but those just aren't doable where I live in the summer months (way to hot so the sides of your head gets sweaty GROSS) so I need an alternative and these are MORE then good enough for the price.

  • "Good, but broke after six months."
    on by StephanJeremy

    Pros Good sound quality.
    Isolating.

Cons They only last about six months. So you pay way to much for only to enjoy it for six months.

Summary I was very happy with the sound quality, unfortunately they don't last that long. I suggest to buy better earphones from another brand.
