"Best bang for the buck"
Pros: sound quality, product quality, warranty & fit
Cons: None that I can find
Summary: Been listening and playing music for 45+ years. I am extremely discerning regarding accurate sound. I use the buds with a Samsung Z5 and listen to all styles of music but mostly acoustic fingerstyle guitar, jazz and classical.
The sound produced by these buds are excellent. I paid $65.00 which I think is extremely reasonable for a product of this quality. Lastly, UE did a few things that separate these buds from others.
1. They provide a cleaning tools which I find is a necessity for in-ear buds.
2. Wires can be replaced if broken.
3. Their foam pads have plastic inserts where the Shure EC2's don't.) I tried the EC2's and found their sound to be equivalent, but when replacing the foam pads a little foam was left (stuck) on the post.
4. UE didn't skimp on any parts.
5. They are very to insert and take out.
In conclusion, this is a high quality product. I rated this a 9 because; the sound exceeded my expections. Every accessorial piece as well as the buds are of excellent quality and lastly, the price. $99.00 retail is extremely reasonable for the product.
