"Great Sound, Poor Cable"
Pros: Phenomenal Sound, Great Comfort
Cons: Wore through two cables in less than a year.
Summary: Pros:
First, these earbuds sound great! The highs are a little harsh when new, so be sure to burn them in to condition the drivers.
They have different size cushions to fit any ear size. I have small ear canals, but I can wear these for hours without significant fatigue.
Great value at ~$80.
Cons:
The connector and cable haven't held up well for me. Granted, my first pair fell victim to being snagged on a bench and snapped the cord at the plug. Partially fixed by attaching a new plug, but the balance is not equal now...very distracting.
The cord of the second pair wore through at the plug and the wires are now exposed...this happened within 4 or 5 months.
Also, the plug is a little on the small side and can be difficult to remove from the jack without also pulling on the cord.
