"Good product with 1 Short Coming"
Pros: I am a big fan of the technology put into this prodduct. I have had many compliments saying it looks like jewelry instead of a blue tooth. I like the sound quality
Cons: For a much as this Bluetooth cost I can not understand why they use substandard plastic for the earloops. I have replaced mine 4 times in 6 months. Have now threaded a pretty ribbon through the hole and use that as a loop.

Pros: Looks cool
Cons: Sound quality was OK for me but horrible for those I was speaking to. This was probably the result of the terrible fit. I could not get the white nub to sit against my face or the unit to snugly fit in my ear regardless of ear gel or ear loop.

"Warning: BlackJack II WM6.1 NOT COMPATIBLE"
Pros: Looks great, nice packaging, noise assassin very effective.
Cons: Aliph is well aware of BlackJack II WM6.1 incompatibility but deflects to your carrier and refuses to display this information on their support page. Their "tech support" is copy and paste reset instructions.
