Pros: Major improvement with regards to fit and charging connection over old Jawbone. Light weight and new ear loops are very comfy.
Cons: Poor volume, but if you use the Jabra mini gels it cures that issue. The Mini gels work much better for me.

Pros: Lightweight, comfortable,good sound quality,excellent noise cancelling abilities. I am a truck driver and this is the best of MANY bluetooth headsets I have owned. Very happy with this purchase!
Cons: The only down side is the battery life, but considering the small size of the unit, it is definitely livable for me.

Pros: Nice design & the concept of noise cancelation
Cons: Horrible, tiny metallic speaker sound, too quiet even at max volume, annoying step adjustment needed to raise volume on every call (no memory), noise cancelation not as effective as advertised
