Cons It was kind of expensive, but I had a friend that recommended BlueAnt for their quality. I wish I could feel it in my ear. I wish I could do more with the voice controls...they are pretty limited, and I can't remember all my speed dial setups. on by Joeysgotit | Read full review

Cons I have had 2 units break.
Blueant's customer service is HORRIBLE, don't count on them to help you they only. I regestered my product and due to not having my original receipt they insisted on a copy of my credit card statement. (CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT) on by SleepyOSU | Read full review -

Cons Special connector for charging and connecting (not micro usb like most others). Updater software gave us some issues on the first round but worked on the second set with a USB 1.0 connection. People have to call you to set the in device speed dial. on by coopdavillage | Read full review

Cons The vice Command is horrible. All it ever did was dial speed dial numbers no matter what voice command i gave. No manual with the device. I didn't even know it had a teach me tutorial until I saw the review on C-Net. on by Sun_Razor_D | Read full review

Cons Defective design and AT&T and Blueant did not honor the warranty. I purchased when I was purchased it while disabled with with a shattered left lower leg and ankle. Was disappointed with AT&T and BlueAnt. Was hoping for better from both companies. on by JPSkipP | Read full review

Cons When it breaks, it really breaks. The cap over the speaker, that the ear gel attaches to, shatters when it finally breaks. Don't put it in your pocket. on by intake22 | Read full review
