  • "Great Headset...if it breaks, the return takes FOREVER"
    on by dfriedholm

Pros Sound quality is great with my iPhone3GS, pairing, voice recognition, and wind noise reduction is excellent.
Battery life is so/so, but easy to charge with micro USB on any computer.
If you go out of range of the phone, headset announces "No phone connec

Cons Headset Mesh covering material attracts every piece of lint and dirt within 5 foot radius. Mine de-laminated and I returned it for replacement almost a month ago. Still not back.
    2. small Q2 rubber pad next to cheek comes off (the glue will NOT stay stic

Summary Love the headset, even with quirks, I want it back.

  • "iPhone4 and Q2 work a treat together"
    on by garyteehee

Pros Nice clear and very loud audio on my side and the other end of the call.
Never dropped the connection to the phone.
    Voice control worked really well.
Bing integration adds extra dimension I had not tried.

Cons Lots of commands but this was not so bad with the what can i say helper.
This could also be a good if you like a lot of options.

Summary The Q2 did not have any of the issues I had on my jawbone or plantronics.
I was pleasantly suprised how well this headset performed.
Setup was easy and rock solid.
Music playback was crips with good bass.
The is the best headset I have used so far and I have tried a few.
I read a lot of forum posts about the iphone4 and the bluetooth issues but had none of these on the q2. The icon and vp sounded muffled or like i was in a tunnel all the time.
Very happy with the q2 so far.

  • "Tried everything, this one actually works well"
    on by aluckeyrick

Pros It actually works!!! I drive a convertible bmw and can hear clearly at 70 and the other party can hear me. The mic end of the earpiece needs to be touching your face or it will pick up too much wind noise. I tried Jawbone Icon,Prime,Plantronics Pro..

Cons Expensive and only available from ATT or Blueant. Advertised on the net for less but if they can actually provide it can you return it if you don't like it?

Summary The announcement of who is calling is cool and it is almost as comfortable as the Plantronics pro but not that secure. Listening to music from your phone actually works but really burns battery time. I could never get other units that advertised this feature to work. Another friend with a convertible bought one after trying mine. The ear loop did not work for either of us, it forced the mic away from the face which really degrades the audio to the other party. This is the best as of 9/2010!!!!

  • "Amazing Bluetooth. None Better"
    on by ghodzilla5150

    Pros 1. Amazing Sound Quality!!!
    2. Fits extremely well in ear.
    3. Quality Build
    4. I LOVE hearing my e-mails and texts thru this unit.
    5. Music sounds great.
    6. Sounds better than my EVO's built in phone speaker.

Cons 1. Pricey, but you ALWAYS get what you pay for.

Summary Awesome BT headset. I have the Q1 and the Q2 blows it out the water as far as sound quality goes. I am very impressed with the Q2. I use it on the EVO 4G and it works flawlessly. I downloaded Vling from the Android Marketplace and can now hear my e-mails and text msgs thru the Q2. I can also use voice to text with the Q2. Music sounds amazing thru the Q2. It also has the same wind armor as the T1. Yes, it's expensive but worth every penny. Kudos to Blueant for a wonderful device.

  • "Great sound and voice, won't announce names"
    on by mawill22

Pros Sounds quality of calls and music is very high
People report that the sound of my voice is very clear in many different settings
Love the voice commands, very easy to use completely hands free

Cons Only con is that I cannot get it to announce the names of my callers when paired to Droidx. It says that it successfully completed the phone book transfer, but no luck. Still says phone number. Customer support was unable to fix.
