Cons: Very cheaply made, unit falls apart.
Summary: Sound quality and functions are excellent but the unit is falling apart. First the mesh covering the microphone came off. I super glued it back on. Then the earbud housing has come off exposing the circuit board and wiring. I have super glued it back on twice. I would not buy another Blue Ant headset until they make them so that they don't fall apart. This is less than a year old. My attempt to contact the company was unsuccessful.

Perhaps you should go back to the store that your originally purchased the Q2 from.
