Pros: - can connect to 2 devices (computer and phone for example)
    - good sound quality
    - fits well

    Cons: - poor build quality
    - poor customer service
    - hit or miss automatic connectivity

Summary: I bought this Q2 about 6 months ago. I was living in the US at the time. I didn't use it a lot the first months. maybe 2-3 a week for some time on the computer for use on Skype. The connection to the computer was mostly okay. Sometimes it would not connect automatically.
Now, I was not a heavy user of the Q2 but started using it more frequently the last month or so, since I got a new phone. In the meantime, I had moved to the Netherlands. Now, during the last month i noticed that the rubber pad that rest against your cheek came loose. Apparently, it was only glued on there, and the minimal friction of the pad resting on my cheek would have caused it to loosen the glue. Anyway, needless to say this is very annoying, since it can move all over the place, and the glue now comes from underneath and gets on my face (and fingers trying to get the pad back in the right place). Also, the wind screen that is place right over the microphone is coming loose from the same issue. It was just held with some glue, and that is not holding anymore. Now also a small piece of that wind screen broke off. So, anything can get into the microphone hole.
Now, if I had been a power user, this would prob have happened already after a month. This just is not right. I have sent an e-mail to customer service about two weeks ago but no response whatsoever.
If it were not falling apart, it is would be a decent earpiece (besides the fact that connecting automatically to computer or phone is sometimes hit or miss)
Too bad customer service is low on the list.
