Pros: Load & clear, comfortable.

Cons: none so far

Summary: After going through 3 Plantronics Legends, a Voyager HD pro, and a Jawbone Era, I finally found this headset, recommended by an Apple rep. It is light, comfortable, and clear as bell on both ends of a call. The plantronics and jawbones, all had serious call quality issues despite firmware updates. This one is terrific.
