    Pros: Noise reduction, initial setup and voice quality.

    Cons: Clearing memory to connect to a new phone, the way it fits in ear canal.

    Summary: Would have given it a 5 if I hadn't bought a new phone and had to attempt to pair it. Could not remove old phone settings so that I could reuse it with my new Samsung S3. Had to go into chat groups online to figure it out. Love it otherwise. Great product!
