"Comfterbale piece, but poor end user sound quality. Customers couldn't hear me well if at all."
Pros: Comfterrbale fit, light wieght and small. I could hear great
Cons: Callers could hear me well or at all, lot of static
Summary: I have had the cheep version of the plantronics M1500 I got for $20 and fell in love with Blue tooth. I wanted to upgrade to something smaller so I bought this device. It is very conferrable and easy to link up to my devices. However, no one could hear me making the piece useless. On my end I had a great deal of static too. I'm going to keep looking and bring this one back. What?s the point if you can?t be herd?
