Pros The ear piece is the best fit of all bluetooth devices.
Cons Connectivity, voice cutting out regularly, right side only & no audio streaming!
Summary My IPhone 4 and this device kept disconnecting/reconnecting even with them on the same side. Have reset both w/no change. Most contacts told me i was cutting out more than any other brand I've used. Right ear only & no audio streaming is lack of understanding today's market! Will stay w/BlueAnt for now! This is immensely disappointing coming from Bose. It's the first Bose product I have returned!!
Pros Excellent sound balancing, I went through a car-wash on a business meeting and was crystal clear to the other people while still talking. I love this thing! BOES did an excellent job! Worth the extra money! A++
Cons None that I have found.
Summary Every situation I've been in with a bluetooth always had something wrong with it such as the comfort, sound, etc. This bluetooth is above all that, excellent comfort, sound, etc. Highly recommended, I purchased the last one at my local bestbuy.
"Not worth it"on by mfchaves
Pros Small, sleek
Cons noise cancellation is terrible
Summary I am going back to my Jawbone
Pros It stays in the ear. It's comfortable and the sound is piped directly into the ear canal. Controls are easily located and easy to use without confusion. For the road warrior it is the Bluetooth headset to have.
Cons A little high priced but when you consider I bought a different manufacturer's headset and had to toss it away because of poor fit and not being able to hear unless I pushed the thing into my ear, this was the one I should have bought the first time.
Summary There are a lot of Bluetooth headsets that offer more features but when you get right down to it, what you want is something that will stay in the ear, something that has controls easy to find, and something that has good sound quality and is easily heard when driving at road speeds. This one does it all.
I like it, and I'd buy it again.
Pros Very good sound quality. Stays in ear.
Cons Battery life is awful. That little tiny USB plug thing makes it very difficult to plug in the charger. No car charger.
Summary I've had a really hard time finding a decent bluetooth. With most of them, I've had problems hearing because the plastic thing that wraps around your ear doesn't hold it in. I end up driving down the road holding the thing in with my finger.
When I saw the ad for the Bose Bluetooth I though how can I go wrong with that. Overall I would have to say it's the best bluetooth I've ever owned. The sound quality is very good. It stays in my ear instead of hanging off the side. The earpiece actually attaches to the ridges around your ear. I've had people tell me it's very quiet. When I stop talking, they hear nothing and think I've hung up.
The downside is the battery doesn't seem to last very long. I charge it and a couple of hours later it's turning itself off. This drives me crazy. Most blueteeth I've used before will last for days without charging. The other downside is there is no car charger. And frankly I think that's pretty bad for a bluetooth I paid $150 for. You have to pay for the charger separately by ordering online. And the other thing I don't like is the little tiny USB type plug for the charger. That thing is so small it's very hard to get the charger in on the first try. It usually requires a lot of fiddling around.
As far as making phone calls, it's the best I've ever had. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the battery issue, but that's a pretty big issue.
