"Professional phone call without worries. This is it!"5.0 starson by trlennon1976
Pros: Clear and loud sound, Very comfortable fit, lightweight, never had a dropped connection like my other headsets, great battery life, allows me to feel very confident to talk to customers with this headset.
Cons: I always use my right ear, so it didn't bother me. My co-worker didn't keep his because he is a left ear user. Other than that, I have found no cons for what I require out of a bluetooth headset.
Summary: I disagree with the other negative reviews, as they obviously didn't do their research when buying a headset. I went into the Bose store knowing that it won't do A2DP, but I didn't care. My Jawbone Icon (after all firmware updates, I still have problems with clarity listening to the person on the other end), Motorola Finiti (awesome noice cancellation, but always disconnected and locked up), Plantronic's 975 (didn't like battery life and having to put it in my pocket all the time versus a long battery life), and Stone2 (quality and battery life like a 975) have those features. But, I am always running back to charge my headset on the job sites and after conference calls because they drain the battery life to have this feature. If I am going to listen to music, I would rather have a true music headset to hear the music the way it is suppose to sound versus just in one non-musically designed ear piece. If I am a bike courier needing to hear my GPS directions through my bluetooth, I probably wouldn't own something that isn't water / sweat proof. If I wanted to play around with apps all day on my iPhone versus calling up my customers and selling / troubleshooting, I wouldn't want the Bose headset. Of all the headsets I currently have in my stock pile and the ones I have returned, this ear piece has made me a believer. The person on the other end of the conversation has commented how it almost drowns out or lowers the environment noise and projects my voice over it. I can hear the other person with my hard hearing easily over the environment noise. I cover 5 states for a recycling business and have had major success driving in the car to standing around very load machinery to make a phone call confidently to a person. The sound quality coming and going is what I wanted versus all the little A2DP functions only sacrifice battery life and quality of the conversation.
