"Works as advertised"
Pros: Sound quality and great connectivity
Cons: Possibly feels kinda cheap. Wouldn't want to chance stepping on it for fear of it cracking open.
Summary: At first I thought the ear loop was a bit too large as CNET said in their review. Upon further investigation the loop has a wire in it and is bendable. So that solved that worry very quickly. Was easy to set up and use as most are anymore. I cannot say enough about the sound quality on this thing. I had a plantronics and it left something to be desired. And as far as the connectivity...I could walk several meters away with no distortion. Where as the plantronics would cut out. And my friend has a H500 from Motorola that this would be compared too. With the USB charger and i think even better sound quality this headset beats most out there. You also get a nice little neoprene case and an outlet charger. Not to mention the 10 hours of talk time and only needs to be charged between 1-2 hours.
Just as a note page 4 of the manual does give explicit instructions on the ear loop.
Also to utilize the locating feature you do have to be connected. If you lose the headset while in a call simply adjust the volume up and down on your phone 4-5 times and the headset will make a very annoying noise.
