Pros: The sound quality is spectacular. For non-noise canceling headphones; it does a great job in at least greatly reducing it. The mic that it comes with has great quality, and great for in-game chats.

Cons: The felt-like material around the ears makes my ears sweat and after a long period of time (3 hours+) it becomes uncomfortable.

Summary: A great deal for the price. The overall experience from this is great and can't be happier. Just make sure that you don't have heat-sensitive ears.
