Summary I went through not one but two of these. Both snapped at the left earpiece after about 1 to 2 months of use. I blame the design: the thinner plastic, adjustable length that comes out of the thicker and less-flexible head brace gets most of the repeated stress and is not reinforced with metal. There's a reason for steal cables in tires and Rebar in concrete, so take a clue, Creative.
