Pros I love the size of these headphones. They are small, lightweight, and don't fall out of your ear if you wear them while running. I like the simple design, nothing guady or flashy, but sleek, simple, and effective.
Cons The sound quality is poor for the price. There is a complete lack of low range sound. No bass and mediocre lower-midrange sounds.
Summary I am using these headphones after using a pair of Bose in-ear headphones for two years. While the style and fit of the Etymotic are better, you scarifice sound quality. I am noticing a completely different sound in my ipod that sounds like I have two glorified tweeters in my ear. There is no lower level bass or midrange to comes through. Even after playing with the equalizer on my ipod and swithcing to different sound modes including bass booster, I can just tell that some of the sound is missing. I have even hear some crackling when turned up to what I consider acceptable volume for bus/subway travel. I will be returning them and purchasing another set of Bose. Half the price and twice the sound range as the Etymotic.

Pros GREAT GREAT HEADPHONES
NO BAD ASPECTS
Pros When you get the fit right, the sound is excellent.
Cons I have returned 4 of these now. they just fall apart. Terrible.
"Poor Quality"on by kptkpk
Pros Good sound.
Cons Uncomfortable fit. Poor quality.
Summary First pair lasted two weeks before one speaker went bad. Second pair lasted three weeks.
Pros Since brought it through Amazon, was happy to return it, even with re-stock fees. Very sad quality.
Cons For the money, sound output and quality is very disappointed. Lost sound in one side in one month after purchased (quality craft and fragile cord).
Summary Will break. For price, look for something else, and stay away for this model.
