"Broke in one day"on by mobius1ski
Cons Made of pure crap
Summary I bought these at the airport. The stereo plug snapped off in my seat's headset jack from being pushed against lightly. Because I do not have the receipt for my purchase, iLuv will not honor my warranty.
Pros They work: sound comes out of the in-ear buds, the microphone seems to pick up sound okay.
Cons The cords for the right and left are different lengths. If I turn my head, the rubberized cords grip to my clothing and pull the earbud out of my ear. Anytime I move--or the cords get moved by wind I hear a loud rattling sound.
Summary They work, but they don't stay in your ears, and the cords make lots of noise when moved. If you're going to be absolutely still, these are great. If you are a human being and you'd like to move your head occasionally, stick to the iphone proprietary earbud product that came with your phone--it's about $10 cheaper and better.
Pros Inexpensive headphones for iPod and iPhone with remote and mic.
Sound quality/price ratio is good.
The supplied large ear tips and the design have made these the only in-ear earphones to go fully into my ears for good bass/sound and stay in.
Cons None for me personally.
Summary I like the look and design of these earphones. I really like the remote and mic of the Apple iPod Touch earphones but never liked how they fit or sound (so far from my ear). The iLuv iEP515's on the other hand sound great and work just the same for a fraction of the price of the Apple branded in-ear earphones. I purchased 3 sets of these earphones for less and couldn't me more happy with them. I would recommend these earphones to others.
