Pros: None, it never worked.
Cons: Jabra Website always down, couldnt get any customer service. Would never sink with 3 different cell phones. Returned item. Will never waste my time with a Jabra product again. Went with Samsung, worked flawlessly.

Pros: Works fine and buttons are good size for me. I agree the original earhook is a little stiff and uncomfortable but since it was gone within 24 hours, that's no problem.
Cons: The earhook clips very weakly to the headset; it falls off at a mere suggestion - like taking it out of pocket or bag. Does anyone wonder why Jabra sells replacement earhooks in packs of three?

Pros: The size is great. The sound quality is OK, and so far I haven't had any signal or quality issues.
