Summary: I had a BT200 which was good but broke and then I purchased the BT250V which is superior in functionality. Lost my BT250V and bought the BT500; big mistake. If you like sounding like you are talking into a glass and the same hearing people talk to you, then the BT500 is the headset for you. I purchased another BT250V to replace the returned BT500; without a doubt, this is the unit to buy if you want your headset to sound like a land line.
