Pros: if working, then its fine
Cons: Doesn't last for $100; don't buy Jabra product
Summary: I bought a 2nd one because the 1st one didn't work (got it from Staples who wouldn't match the Verizon Wireless price ($20 less) because it wasn't even a sale price. 1st from Staples broke in 4 days; 2nd from Verizon broke in 20 days. Jabra wanted me to have to pay shipping to return it. Person on the phone was nice, but since they were making me pay shipping I just had the credit card cancel the purchase.
Quality, when working, was fair. Volume level was a little low but could hear in the car fine if the radio and A/c were off.
However, regardless, if Jabra won't stand behind their products, what good is a $100 earphone?
