Cons: too long to turn off, no sleep mode
Summary: Very pleased with...not crazy about color but it works great.. I tried Motorola HS 850 first and I like this one much better.

Voice dialing also works great..and I have no static. I use it with Razr v3c. It's a little tricky at first to turn it off but once you figure out how long to hold the button down, it's no problem and you can see the LED to confirm it's off.Updated
