Summary: Ugh! What is it with the Jabra product and the lack of extra ear gels? I have the BT8040 and enjoyed it, but was looking for something with better sounds. At least the 8040 had this circular thing that helped lodge the bluetooth into the ear. The 4010 does not have that extension, only the "circle" which you have to SHOVE into your ear - and it still does not stay. The ear attachment does not work well. Checked Jabra's website (and the INTERNET) but no additional ear gels are available! What good is a blue tooth that simply falls out of your ear!

Pros: Cool design
Cons: Honestly, you can hear the person in the background better than the person you are speaking with. The voice of the clients I spoke with sounded hmm Muffy??? I had to make that word up for this bluetooth.
Summary: Bottom line is get the Jawbone II barnone the best I have ever used.
