Pros Great sound quality.
Cons Painful to wear.
Summary I have had others, and it took me a long time to find a bluetooth with good sound quality. This has it! It does not fit my ear very well. My ear is bruised after wearing this set for about 10 minutes. If people are stating it does not hurt their ear, chances are they have a large ear opening to better fit the ear bud. Mrs. Lee refers to the bud as being a "gel." I would say that is a stretch! It is hard uncomfortable rubber! I am going to have to refund mine due to the discomfort. I am going to look into the Blueant Q2.
Pros -Sound Quality (on both ends) is amazing.
-Lightweight, and easy to wear.
-A2DP (streaming music through a 1 ear earpiece) is great.
Cons Short charging port, but it's micro USB, who DOESN'T have one of these already?
Summary To those that experience initial discomfort...any new headset will cause your ear to have to form new calluses to get used to the pressuere...give it a chance.
A2DP occasionally skips, but nowhere near as bad as my old Moto S9i.

Pros Dedicated on/off switch. Ear bud design is very comfortable. Nice car charger has no cords.
Cons Ear bud "hook" broke in only 6 days. Cord on wall charger is WAY too short.
Summary I like having the dedicated on/off switch, other than that, it's just another bluetooth. I do like the design of the ear bud, it's very comfortable. I also like the car charger that came with it. No cords to get tangled in my glove box. Nice and compact for my truck.
For as much as I like the ear bud, I'm very dissapointed because I have only owned this unit for 6 days and the ear bud "hook" is already tearing. What a dissapointment! Also, I could only laugh when I saw how short the cord on the wall charger is. Only about 10 inches long! Come on Jabra, is that really useable? Fortunately I can use the wall charger from my old Jabra BT
Pros definitely better sound quality , increased area of coverage
Cons design is not at all impressive, Battery life is not that good as they claim, doesn't fit to my ear & i tried every attachment, automatic volume control is more of headache, it starts music player by default as soon as i connect it to my cell.
Summary i was using Jabara 2070 since last 6 months, but my dad liked it so i gave it to him n bought jabara extreme, which cost twice as much as 2070.
1.previously when ever i called my mom and my sis by 2070 they always complaint me "they cant hear me", they say " i am talking like a kidnapper". every time they can make out that i am using headset and i have to remove it, otherwise they disconnected the phone. but when i bought jabara extreme , trust me they couldn't judge that i am using a headset.
2. i was amazed one day when i was talking on extreme at home and forgot my cell on table.i moved to other room, and i was still talking, without disturbance.
my dislikes about it .....
3.when ever i connect it to my Nokia cell(7210) it automatically starts music player which is annoying as i have to wait for a sec after connecting it & switch off music player every time i connect. i though its some setting in cell phone of mine which is creating this prob. and i can't figure it out so i connected it to other Nokia cell(3110) n the story is same. i will call Jabara office soon for this.
4. i dont use jabara extreme for music streaming, still i have to charge it almost daily. the indicator warning is of no use as it drops very fast before i can put it on charge.
5.though sound quality has improved but its not like what jabara claims ... when i am driving neither me nor the guy at other end can hear anything.
6.Nicole Lee CNET editor has aptly said. it doesn't fit on my ear also. its painful sometime. its was not the same story with 2070.
7.automatic volume control is not good . it drops the sound anytime between conversation.initially i thought its network prob. but later i figured out its jabara extreme and i have to raise the vol. in between conversation if vol drops.
8. every friend of mine noticed new headset jabara extreme and most of them said previous one (2070) looked better then this one, n i feel the same.
considering it twice as costly as 2070, i think extreme is not worth value of money i paid.
Pros I found this to be more comfortable when using the ear hook. Sound quality is good, except when walking directly into the wind. All features of my Omnia II work well with this set.
Cons I would like better wind canceling.
Summary I've used a lot of different headsets and have found Jabra to almost be comfortable and consistent.
