Pairing the headset with a cell phone is easy. Just select Connections from the menu on your phone, activate the Bluetooth feature, then turn on the headset--the match is made. Features on the headset include a talk/end button and a volume control. If your phone supports voice-activated dialing, you simply say the name into the headset, and your mobile does the rest. And like most Bluetooth headsets, this one has a built-in rechargeable battery that's juiced up via an included cradle/holster. A blue light flashes from the headset when it's on.
We tested the FreeSpeak and adapter with the Sony Ericsson T68i and found call quality to be good. Callers typically couldn't tell we were using a headset. Additionally, we met the 10-meter range of use.
As for battery life, we managed to get only 2 hours of talk time vs. the company's claims of 3 hours and about 48 hours of standby, compared to Jabra's reported rates of 96 hours. Comparatively speaking, this isn't bad, but it's not fabulous, either.

Stopped working within 3 months!
Pros: Quick to set up; comfortable; ergonomic
Cons: Dropped numerous connections
Easy to set up and begin to use with my Blackberry 7100g.
Then, I noticed that it would suddenly, for no reason, drop a connection with the BB.
Yesterday, I was on an important call, and it simply stopped working.
Tried resetting, recharging, nothing worked!
After reading the other reviews, this product really sucks and the company should do something about QUALITY!

OK, but unreliable
Pros: Generally comfortable, attaches securely
Cons: Unreliable, the earpiece is not particularly comfortable, the controls were awkward

It's a piece of crap!!
Pros: Support will ship you a new unit when yours fails - which it will - and then another, and another, and another...
Cons: I've had 5 replacements already and my sixth unit started failing the second day of use. I'm going to contact the vendor and ask for my money back.

A must buy.
Pros: Light weight and comfortable. The sound quality is louder than when on the phone alone. I love this product, and cannot imagine using anything else. Better than any other headset I have ever used.I am on the phone constantly and use this product every
Cons: The battery life is not as advertised, but the phone will last all day. I just charge the phone at night, and I'm ready to go the next day.

Simple Pleasure
Pros: I wasn't supposed to buy this but something happened, oh well, but surprised by overall quality; very well designed-can wear glasses while unit's in ear (and my sunglasses BIG, it's oakley, go figure); GREAT audio quality; comfortable - ergonomically fit;
Cons: Reception range not up to 30 ft. Really too bad that I can't go to the garage without leaving my phone @ the bedroom (+-dist. 19 ft) Did I complain too much?

Hands down, the best hands free set.
Pros: 1. Comfort: I started with a Nokia model and hated it. After a while my ear would hurt. I put on the Freespeak and forget it is there. Moreover, the fit is snug unlike the Nokia model which always felt like it was going to fall off. 2. Quality: The Jab
Cons: 1. Battery could be longer. Still, I have yet to run out of juice.

A fine headset
Pros: Light weight and work very well with Sony Ericsson & Siemens phones. Also, keep an eye out for some pretty good deals online. Very comfortable to wear.
Cons: Doesn't work up to the 30 ft range. However, the sound quality is still pretty good at 20 ft away.
