Pros: Great battery life (exceptionally standby time)

Cons: Background noise can be heard over your call

Summary: The majority of the people I called using the Jabra FreeSpeak complained that they could not hear me over the background noise (traffic, people in the room, music, etc.) It works okay in a quite room or car, but can't be used out doors or anywhere there is background noise. I ended up using it as a device to retrieve messages only.

This is by far the most comfortable and best performing headset I have found. It certainly looks weird but I'm very pleased with it, and it all but disappears when worn.<br>Everyone I speak to while using it say they hear me loud &#38; clear and that's just what I hear as well. I do get a bit of scratching noise from my beard against the microphone, wish there were a soft cover available for it.

Your opinion would be more useful if you included both the type of phone you have and your wireless service provider.

Background and residual noise is so bad it makes using this headset useless. It picks up everything. People on the other end say it actually hurts to listen. I have to carry a wired headset in case I have to leave my house or vehicle.
