"Works great with deskset, not as well with Blackberry"
Pros: Works well with deskset, remote lifter is great
Cons: Blackberry 7100t won't stay connected
Summary: I totally disagree with the other reviewer. This worked right out of the box. Very good battery life and the travel charger is small and easy to use. It works very well with my deskset -- I can pick up calls from two offices away.
Unfortunately it isn't perfect with my Blackberry 7100t, although it's due to the Blackberry not maintaining the connection, not the headset. The pairing was very easy, but Blackberry won't let you use the headset until after you place or answer the call. Then you activate the headset. Haven't tried it with my RAZR.
I spend a lot of time on the phone and it has made my days a lot easier. The one feature I would like is the ability to mute from the headset.
