Pros: None. It has everything that is present in all other stereo bluetooth headsets.

Cons: The touch volume control is hard to operate, the beeps when changing volume are too loud and mask off the music, the charging cable is about 10 inches long so charging from wall outlet is almost impossible, poor fit.

Summary: This is probably an over-hyped product. My first concern is that its folding hinges will break in a very short span of time the way they are designed to operate. Next problem I faced was that the wall charger cord is about 10 inches long. The headset keeps hanging in air as I charge it from wall outlet which is only a foot above the ground. The third problem I noticed was that it fits flat on the ear. The volume control is hard to find by touch. It is very hard to keep increasing or decreasing the volume, the volume just goes up-down-up-up-down etc. Changing volume makes loud beeps which interfere with music. The skip track forward/backward functionality did not work on LG Vu phone. Overall, a disappointment.
