"It was great while it lasted."
2.0 starson by clsmithjPros: wire free, includes a USB charge cable
Cons: Required latest Bluetooth driver to achieve optimum sound quality. The official WIDCOMM drivers are only available to the latest Bluetooth hardware via the manufacture. Older hardware require the use of unofficial hacked drivers called ANYCOM.
Summary: After downloading that driver my Bluetooth 2.0 card my Halo went from sounding like early internet audio to high fidelity audio.
The headset is great until it stops working. I used my Halo mostly when working out where I relied on the included headphone cord. Other times I'd use the wireless Bluetooth feature on my laptop when I'm at work on my lunchbreak.
But after a months use the Bluetooth function of the headset no longer works. It does not pair with my computer anymore. I am not exactly sure why. The headphone cord continues to work ok the Halo but defeats the purpose of the device being a Bluetooth headphone.
I don't know how much moisture might have played a factor in my Halo losing some of it's functionality as they easily get wet after working out with them, which causes the swede interior to peal away.
I don't feel so bad about it not working anymore as I won this headphone free through Jabra's Youtube free your dance contest.
Overall I give this headphone 2 out of 5 stars.
