"Nice physical design but poor everywhere else." on by fathergj--2008
Pros: The design is great. i was very impressed with the amount of technology in such a small device. It felt good on my head for sitting around. I wouldn't run, in them, but for everything else, they would be great.
Cons: The sound: give more for the price.
Blu-tooth: range was VERY short
The controls: Difficult to locate; touch sensitive and had no precision
The volume: loud or LOUDER!
"Noise black-out": nothing was canceled.Summary: I returned mine the day I bought them. I liked the idea of these and I really wanted to like them right out of the box. However, after using them, I realized that they had to go back. Good, flashy exterior, but the soul of the product = failed.

"Terrible product. Looks cool, doesn't work." on by MattSWilson
Pros: I like the aesthetics of it, and being bluetooth is what made me buy it, as coorded headphones don't seem to last long with me.
Cons: Everything else. From the moment I got it, getting it to turn on or work or do anything is a matter of voodoo. There is no correct sequence of bend, fold, unfold, click button, hold button, etc to make this thing work. I've had it for about 2 years now, a
Summary: Product designers should be forced to use the products they design.

"worst thing I have ever bough" on by ggorg
Pros: worked well as a wireless headset until it started falling apart.
Cons: See list...
Summary: 1) Bluetooth worked well for about a week, then fails constantly. This is my second pair and it had exactly the same problem.
2) The adjuster on the left arm broke (no longer has a solid click) on both headsets. Happens within a week or so (like everything else).
3) I should have trusted my experience and not bought a headset with felt. Possibly the worst kind of material to use (falls apart after only a few uses).
4) The micro USB socked failed pretty quickly. The fu<king thing is only held in place by its solder joints. So every time you use it, you weaken the joint and it inevitably snaps.
5) The touch sensor is not only spastic (works 1 in 3 times), it also introduces a tone of static in the left headphone. I can tell it's the touch sensor because if you hold a finger on it, the noise stops.
6) The biggest problem is the plastic these things are made from is like crumbly biscuit. It began cracking pretty quickly and eventually bits started falling off. When you take a look at the bits falling off, the plastic is as thin as anything. -
"Don't waste your money" on by cantrben
Pros: The cabled option give awesome sound.
Cons: The bluetooth part works like **** and the side controls might work if the moon is blue and the wind is blowing at 13.589808 mph to the W/NW at 74% humidity at an altitude of 493 feet above sea level.
Summary: The sound constantly cuts out when using bluetooth. I purchased the headsets at Sprint and they exchanged them 3 or 4 times each time saying it was a new version. Finally I spoke with a rep at Sprint that basically told me I was an idiot for spending money on the HALO because they are crap headsets. I decided to contact Jabra to see what they said and they gave an alternate way to pair with my devices. And it worked... for 15 minutes. After another email to Jabra they said it was my other devices that were the problem and I had to explain to them that their head was too far up their ***** because the problem was too consistent. Finally they decided to have me return the headset at my expense so they could fix or replace them. I sent the headsets back and a few weeks later I received another pair directly from Jabra. After pairing this headset the same thing happened. So the bottom line if you want a headset that works go out and buy the no name cheapie brand from anywhere and you can consistently listen to your music. If you want a headset that sounds great as well I suggest the Plantronics Back Beat or the LG HBS-700.

"Superb piece of kit, affordable and long time coming!!!" on by Hogmonay
Pros: Easy to setup, very good sound quality (for everyday use, I'm no Fat Boy Slim) and so far no major connection, signal issues - unless I stray too far from BT source. Fit my head and lugs perfectly providing good noise cancellation without discomfort of in
Cons: None to make me think these are any less than perfect for my use - I am concerned that they will remain robust enough to give long service, the folding element (for putting away and switching off) appears a wee bit flimsy, but fingers crossed that it is o
Summary: An outstanding product in my opinion, not sure why would generate a bad review unless faulty in the first place......
