"The DSP sucks plus the hook is made of cheap easy to break plastic material"
Pros: i like the size of it
Cons: cheap breakable plastic hook, no good DSP, high price not worth it
Summary: the black jabra jx10 performs no better than ordinary bluetooth headset considering how high u pay for this unit. the DSP sucks coz the other line can't hear me clearly considering i was just in a mall. often times i need to switch to handset conversation. also the hook that came with the unit easily breaks also the claw that attach to the headset breaks easily and wearing the headset and adjusting it will result in either breaking the hook itself or the claw of the hook. i think jabra should redesign the hook with a sturdier materials like those metals used in eyeglasses. the one thing that i like about the unit is its sie and its cradle. you need to be careful with the usb charging tip or uyou might end up plugging it the wrong way

I hesitate taking the opinion of the one and only user when they can't spell or use proper English. I think I will have to form my own opinion if I decide to but this.
