"Solid and well built"
Pros: Weight, Comfortable in either ear, Sound Quality
Cons: Less features than on the BT800, Pricey
Summary: When wanting to upgrade from the BT200, I first bought the BT800 with its multiple features, but it was too heavy and did not conform to my ear very well. I traded up to the JX10 and am very pleased. It is lightweight and very comfortable in either ear, with or without the earhook. I prefer wearing the headset with the earhook since I am afraid I will drop it without.
I do wish it had a few features of the BT800; mute button, vibrate, and longer battery life. The charging cradle is really cool and the USB charging cable is a real bonus for charging while on the go.
Overall, the engineering and styling is by far the best of class with exceptional sound quality. It would get a 10 if it were not for the battery life and have more features, not to mention the $$$.
