"My opinion based off of all the others I've used" on by kryptic1
Pros: Nice fit, loud and clear, great design
Cons: A bit pricey compared to the rest
Summary: Ok, here is the real. I've used so many headsets that I began buying them just to find the best one. I became obsessed with buying headsets just to find one that worked as it should. I've used Jabra, Motorola, Sony, and others that just looked good. The Sony Ericsson HBH-660 was the only other that came close. The Motorola H700 was to staticky,(yes, that is a word), for my taste. Great design, but call quality doesn't compare with the JX10. I saw the box by surprise in Best Buy. I saw the price and said, "WOW! Dang that costs a lot!" So I bought it. I don't regret it one bit. It feels great, and the volume is terrific. You can turn it up so loud that it can even be too loud and hurt you; isn't that great? Size is super. No large appendage hanging off your ear. If this is your 7th or 8th headset, you'll appreciate this one. If this is your first, you'll have to go through a few more before you'll understand what I'm talking about. It’s pricey, but after you recycle your first two or three because they aren’t what you thought they were you'll regret not getting this one.

I've used about 5 other headsets and this was not my favorite. It is small and loud, but the outgoing call quality is terrible. If people complain about the echo and tinny sound so you have to switch back to the phone, then what is the point of having a bluetooth headset?

Many times when using this headset with my Treo 650, people were always going ,"what". Not to good with a Treo. Unless they have improved the voice quality since July/06

Prior to this headset I had several Motorola models that I could never hear! They were uncomfortable and just never did live up to my expectation.

This Jabra is AWESOME. It has a rubber insert that almost molds itself to your ear canal making the clarity and volume level pretty much perfect.
