"Great prduct with a Mortal Fault"
Pros: Light weight. Great look. Very Good Performance
Cons: Mortal Fault : Poorly Designed Ear Loop
Summary: This is a great product but the poorly designed earloop kills it. The earloop breaks at the junction of the earloop with the hooks and it also breaks at the ends of the earloop hook. Cause: cheaply made of plastic. I have contacted Jabra regarding this matter and they sent me 4 repleacement loops which I have already broken. Also, they send me some eargels which weight more than the JX10 itself and are not as secured as the earloop. Another fault is the inability of the JX10 to be paired with more than one device at a time. I replaced this set with the Plantronics Discovery.whose loop is made of very sturdy plastic and metal and can be paired with up to two devices and is about $60 less expensive.

Don't get me wrong, I really like the JX10 a lot, but the fragile earpiece set up is ridiculous. I've owned the jx10 for a little over year and have probably replaced the ear loop at least 10 times. I always try to be very careful with handling the device, but it is inevitable that the ear loop keeps breaking. Everything else about it is great. I'm trying to decide what my next bt headset purchase should be. I like earbuds, but my ears are on the smaller side. Any recommendations would be great!
