"Worst bluetooth headset that I have ever had." on by jaydwire2

    Pros: Looks nice.

Cons: Audio quality is terrible. Battery life is terrible. Fit in the ear is not great.

Summary: Audio Quality is terrible. Not very clear and cracks up all the time. I have to keep saying what..what and volume is all the way up. Highest volume setting is too low. I had to pull the rubber ear piece out to get the device to fit in my ear and get a little better volume. Battery life is terrible as well. I couldn't believe this. I can only talk with the device for maybe 45 min before it dies even after it is fully charged. I just got the device and I am already looking for another one because this is useless. This will be my last Jabra purchase.

"Does NOT work well with iPhone 4s." on by joni2011

    Pros: Enjoy listening to music.

Cons: Does not work well with Siri on the new iPhone 4s

Summary: This product does not work well with the new iPhone 4S when using Siri. After verbal commands to Siri, the headset will respond with "call ended". When in fact, no call was placed. Brought this to the attention of Jabra customer service. Their response was "For further assistance you will need to contact app manufacturer or Apple directly". Jabra did not seem interested in fixing the problem, which should only require a simple software update. I would not recommend this product for use with the iPhone 4s.

"Great for the occasional user. Beautiful design!" on by Jabra_fan

Pros: Sleek design (leather) makes it stand out. It connects to two devices and streams music. It fits my ear comfortably. The gel that it came with did not fit well but I was able to switch to a better one from the package. A+ for the charger/holder.

Cons: Noise cancellation did not work well during calls. That is the main complaint I get from people i am talking to. Battery life is only 90 min of use per charge (I tested it :) ).

Summary: I have had this product for three months. Everyone I talk to loves the design and I think the sound quality is great for a mono device. It works well for me. I mainly use it when I am in my car while driving. I do not talk for very long times. I think 30-40 min is usually the most. This item works well with my iPhone 4 too. (yes it works with Siri and she understands me most of the time.)

I love this headset but, There are better Bluetooth devices for people looking for a dedicated headset for all day use. This item could have been a huge hit if it had a longer battery life. I guess design trumped functionality.

Some of the reviews mentioned a few things.

The headset getting loose: My headset didn't get loose but it did not snugly (is that a real word?) fit into the cradle I just used a rubber band around the headset a few nights to get it snug again.

Battery notification: The iPhone also shows the battery life without the app. Voice notification of the battery life can get annoying.

The belt clip does suck. I don't use it.

Bluetooth pairing/software issues (sound levels): Try a software update from the website.

"You will not want it." on by samhokh

Pros: stylish, handy and smart looking

Cons: Vioce command doesn't work well. You just look like a dummy when it is not respnosing your command. Volume control not eay to use for setting a right volnme for you. Can't security fixed on your ear. Expansive that not worth

Summary: I am going to get another one after I use the srone2 for 2 month, I can't stand it.

"I wish I read reviews BEFORE I bought things." on by gschrang

    Pros: Not a single one.

Cons: Made for a child's ear. Sounds like taking to someone through a wall. The battery lasts 40 mins IF it charges at all. The speaker points the opposite direction from the ear canal. No functions work right.

Summary: You will be completely disappointed.
