Jabra Stone 2

Pros: It looks very stylish. It is reasonably comfortable.

Cons: The fit in the ear is terrible in my case.

The audio level is anemic to say the best.

Summary: While the design of the Stone 2 may fit well for others it is of a type that has no tolerance for variations in ear shape or size. In my case, it fits but the placement of the speaker and ear tube is a poor match and in order to hear anything I have to push the unit in towards my head. I have tried all the various ear pieces but none of them really work well.

The other MAJOR problem is the audio level is way too low to be usable in a moving vehicle and barely enough for normal office use. The ear tubes do NOT provide a good mate/match to the ear canal.

I feel that I have just thrown away $130 and will be going back to my Plantronics (it has developed scratchy audio) until I find another replacement.

I have to say that I am especially disappointed in the Stone 2 because I have another Jabra headset (bluetooth audio) which is top notch and excellent audio quality.

One question. Where do I sent it to get a refund? Since I have tried the unit and technically it works the vendor will not accept it.
