Pros: The best noise cancelation feature in a bluetooth. When I drive with the windows down on the highway, people can barely tell (in most cases) that the window noise is there. Nice fit, beautiful look.

Cons: Only problem I have is that the ear bud hurts my ear after about 20-30mins of usage.

Summary: Overall this things rocks, its beautiful, small, easy to use. Nobody can tell im on a bluetooth. Nobody can tell the noise thats going on around me. The earbud is the only flaw. The harder silicon bud isn't soft enough for my ears sensitivity. Some may say it doesn't hurt them at all, but it does hurt me after about 30mins. The only thing I would replace is the earbud with some kind of memory foam, or foam cushion. I'd recommend this to everyone.

I had a similar problem initially. Using the smallest earbud, I found it painful in my ear after just a few minutes.. I found the solution was to use a LARGER earbud.. What I found was that with the smallest earbud, I was trying to insert the Jawbone2 into the end of my ear canal.. Moving to the LARGER earbud allowed a snug fit to my outer ear, which is more flexible cartilage.. The larger earbud stays comfortably set in my outer ear. No pain all day... I did find that my two ears are different from each other. One ear fits best with the 2nd smallest earbud and the other ear fits best with the next one larger... Good luck.

I had the same problem. Get the New Fit Earbud. It is free. My problem is totally resolved. My Jawbone 2 is totally comfortable and I even wear it without the over-the-ear loop. See it here: http://us.jawbone.com/fitearbud.aspx

If your ear bud hurts it is because it is too tight in your ear. Change the end piece for the smaller. That's what I did and it resolved the problem.

I'm having the same issue. Would love to try the Jabra mini-gel solution but the problem is I can't find anywhere in Canada that sells them. Anyone have any good leads?

I had the same problem with the first jawbone it made my ear sore i email jawbone makers they recommended trying to adjust the earpiece just slightly where the point of the earbud points into the ear canal if that doesnt help try emailing them
