Summary: This is the first bluetooth I have had that dosen't make me sound like I am in a tunnel. It fits well in my ear and I have had no issues. Most can't even tell I am using a bluetooth device. Hell my wife even said it sounded clear, that says alot!! Don't understand what the other reviewers dislike so much. Nothings perfect, but I am very happy with mine!!

I found it very common for the ear loop to break off on the first model of Jawbone (and leave that little piece in there that you can only push out with another loop) - just not a strong piece of metal so sad to hear that the second version has the same weakness -
I agree with you on just about everything with this earpiece. I have one major discrepenancy with it however. The piece that wraps around the ear broke off of mine in less then a month and now i ve been trying like heck to get the rest of it to pull out so i can replace it but the little bit of stub it left behind is so small i can't get a hold on it to pull it out. I guess you have not experienced this problem?
