  • "BEST SOUND AROUND!!!!"
    on by vjice

Pros SOUND, LOOK,FEATURES AND THE FACT THAT IT COST LESS THEN IT'S PREDECESSOR

Cons THE IN THE EAR FIT DOES NOT FIT (BECAUSE OF THAT I HAVE ALREADY LOST ONE)AND THE BATTERY LIFE COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER.

Summary OVER ALL GREAT HEAD NICE UPGRADES NEXT TIME LETS GET THE FIT RITE JAWBONE.......

  • "Love, love, LOVE this headset"
    on by nicsmith2

Pros Great sound, small, light weight, on/off switch, call waiting, last call redial, customizable via the jawbone website.

Cons Problem with staying in my ear and battery life

Summary I have been through a ton of bluetooth headsets and could never quite hear the person on the other end, or they couldn't hear me, but with this headset the sound quality is amazing. I love the on/off switch being on the headset.
I have small ear holes and at first had a problem with getting the headset to stay in my ear, even with the attachment to loop around my ear. I tried all of the gel tips & had no luck and was almost about to return the headset and then tried some old gel tips that I had left over from a previous headset & bam, its a perfect fit...I do wish the battery life was longer, but other than that, this is truly the perfect headset and it looks fantastic!

  • "Totally Unuseable - Fit"
    on by pf94115

    Pros The packaging.

Cons I bought this as my first headset and was seriously disappointed. It does not fit in any way, shape or form. None of the non-earclip buds fit into my ear. The smallest of the earclip buds fit but then the Voice Activity Sensor did not touch my face.

Summary The Voice Activity Sensor (VAS) *must* remain in contact with your face or the unit is useless. None of the earbuds but one fit my ear and I am not a small man (6'2", 220 lbs). And once I got it to stay in my ear, the VAS came nowhere near my face at any angle.

  • "Seems good so far, but the battery life concerns me."
    on by nhpeterm68

Pros I like the small size, and the variety of ear piece options pretty much guarantees that it will fit. From my end, the sound quality is good. I like the power toggle switch.

Cons I've depleted the battery two days consecutively. When fully charged, it claims 4 hours of talk time, which I haven't confirmed. I wish I could say it was very comfortable, but when it's been in my ear all day, it does start to feel uncomfortable.

Summary Compared with my previous headset, one of the Plantronics Voyager models, this one has better sound quality and better fit. I haven't used any of the advanced functionality due to time constraints. The battery life is a big issue for me, so I'm not sure if I'd recommend this one over another of cnet's top picks.

  • "Disappointed - Expected More and better"
    on by roaddog770

    Pros Great Noise cancellation
New voice feature announcing batt life and caller id are fantastic

Cons Headset would intermittently disconnect and reconnect.
    Battery life
    Uncomfortable inear fit

Tried to download several mytalk features from website, got error, customer support slow in responding, 7 days and still waiting on a response

Summary I purchased 2 icons, one for me and one for my girlfriend, returning both of them as she is also dissatisfied and has the same problem with intermittent disconnect and reconnect when talking, very annoying especially while driving switching between the phone and the bluetooth. We both have the Samsung Eternity touch screen phones. At one point I had the phone in one ear and the bluetooth in the other. Also have static and missed words during the call. Also I guess the voice features and noise cancellation drains the battery faster as this is the worst talk time I have ever had. (my 5th bluetooth, all older). Going back to my old Jabra until I can find something better
Maybe the next version (release) will be better and have new code. We really liked them and wanted them to work. Looking for something else to replace them
