"Dangerous to place in your ear while driving." on by keithg01
Pros: Good reception.
Cons: No way ! I'm returning mine tomorrow. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO PLACE THIS DEVICE IN YOUR EAR WHILE DRIVING...YOU COULD CRASH ! It must be wiggled tightly into your ear, and the ear loop is complete junk, twists all over and pops off.
Summary: The quality and ease of use are just not worth the price. If you use your phone in your car often, you need to have something more comfortable in your ear, with better volume power and control (this one only controlled by phone volume) The ear loop and the snug fit into your ear are most annoying. The ear loop flips into strange configurations or pops off while you are trying to place it on/in your ear...you may need two hands to do it. As a comparison, The Motorola H17 blows this thing away in almost every way, extremely comfortable and light, easy to use, can be placed into operation with two fingers, has powerful volume, auto shut off (if you forget) and is built very well. ONE DRAWBACK...noisy perfomance in wind or during signal interference. If Motorola can tweak this one drawback, this thing absolutely blows the Jawbone away, even in price ! ...and before you say it...yes, there will be times when you will have to place your bluetooth in your ear while you are driving. You may have forgotten to earlier, and now you have an important call coming in, or better yet, you just spotted a police car !
