Pros Battery Life! (4 hour talk time on one charge, my phone dies first.)

Clarity and range. I get a true 10 meters from this headset.

Noise cancellation is second to none. I can drive with the windows down and still be heard.

Pros Voice quality is crystal clear on both ends. I love that the Hero came with so many interchangeable ear buds. The Hero is very comfortable. On the first day the Hero felt wonderful.
