    Pros: so i am not historically a fan of headsets - NONE of them ever stay in my ear. But this prime actually stays in and is so comfortable, I forget i'm wearing it. I have been converted and will stop risking driving while talking on my handset...

    Cons: battery life -- i spend an ungodly amount of time on conference calls and need a headset that can keep up. of course, my handset doesn't last long enough either...maybe i just need less confernence calls?
