"SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!"
4.0 starson by nolsen311Pros: Ease of pairing: 10.0 Music quality: 9.0 Volume: 8.0 Call quality: 8.0
Cons: Construction quality is poor. very poor. no joke.
Summary: Headphones were paired (simultaneously) with Sony TMR-BT8iP (iPod Bluetooth Adapter)and HTC Kaiser (AT&T Tilt).
I was able to listen to music via iPod and swap to a call with no effort. Connection lag is almost nonexistent.
Music quality seemed excellent on high-bitrate (e.g., high-quality) MP3 and AAC files.
Callers reported my voice to clear and easily heard with the exception of noisy background (seriously, do we really expect to be heard over loud background noises?)
The headphones *do* take 3 hours to fully charge. Every time.
However, I could use them for more than an entire work day (10 hours) without re-charging. (I estimate a bit more than 2/3 empty)
HOWEVER:
The plastic construction from the hinge to the earpieces is the flimsiest piece of plastic I've seen in recent years. I'm not joking, this plastic is seriously brittle. It **BEGS** to be broken.
I have been taking great care with these headphones, wearing them only while at work (programmer: I don't exactly have an "active" job) and yet, have managed to break 3 pairs of these in **EXACTLY** the same place within 30 days.
My first pair was purchased on 10/27, broken less than 1 week later.
I was able to exchange.
The second pair was exchanged on 11/8.
I will be returning the third pair tonight. The beauty of these headphones is COMPLETELY overshadowed by their inability to stay in one piece.
Just for a side note: the location where it breaks is also quite sharp and tends to stab into my head right above my right ear.
Available at Verizon Wireless for $79.99!
(no, you don't have to be a customer, but why would you wait around otherwise?!)

You nailed it! Flimsy plastic that broke, impossible to repair, I tried to return to the Verizon store where purchased and they replied: "Too bad and boohoo". Be sure to buy them from a store that gives a rip about the quality of products they sell to their customers and Verizon ain't it.

Ignore the previous comment. Yes the construction is very sh* tty. But when mine broke just use ducktape lol

I can confirm the poor construction of the headphones. I broke two pair of these in a week each. After I broke the first one, I took great pains to be especially careful in handling them. They still broke in a week (in the same place). Unless they can find a way to reinforce the part of the headphones that breaks, avoid them.
I will say that they had great sound quality and I did enjoy them listening to my music on my phone. The microphone left a lot to be desired as everyone told me it sounded like I was talking to them underwater.
